Collection, Processing and Usage of Personal Data

In principle, you can visit our web pages without our needing to collect personal data from you. We will only collect personal data if you communicate such data to us voluntarily while performing a contract as part of or contacting us on the matter.

Who has access to your Personal Data?

The data you provide are required for the contract to be concluded. Your data will be forwarded to third parties only for their providing the requested service. That includes Debit card payments by payment service providers and the recourse on banks and other financial service providers. Please note that these third parties/companies may have independent legal regulations and have the obligation to process your personal data. Without these data, we cannot conclude the contract with you.

How long can your Data be kept?

Once the contract has been completed in full, your data are blocked, taking into consideration the retention periods specified under tax law and commercial law, and deleted once these periods (7 years) have expired. If you contact us by e-mail, we shall store the data provided for a period of 3 years, for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in case of any subsequent questions. We shall not pass on these data without your consent. We employ external processors to process these data. Data are processed based on the legal provisions of § 96, Para. 3 of the Telecommunications Act, and of Art. 6, Para. 1, Letter a (Consent) and/or Letter b of the General Data Protection Regulation (required for contract to be concluded).

You have the option of subscribing to our Newsletter via our website. For you to subscribe, we require your e-mail address and a declaration from you that you agree to the purchase of the Newsletter. As soon as you have registered for the Newsletter, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a link confirming the registration.
